knock sensor test

Can anyone confirm what the resistance is on a working knock sensor? Or does anyone have a verified test in determining if one is bad?

Other forums suggest within 4.95mOhs resistance is working.

Quick fuel rail question

Does anyone know where I can find a fuel rail schraeder valve adapter that will fit this OTC fuel pressure gauge I bought? The Ford adapter it comes with is still too big for the BMW's fuel rail...

I'm looking at the wire diagram and I don't think I see anything about a relay, but then again I don't really know how to read these things.
