03-06 usually put down from 210 to 250 hp stock depending the enigine brake in, milleage etc. Im guessing the new generation will put down anywhere from 270 to 290 to the wheels.

I highly doubt that, if ur talking about stock cars. And also depends what kind of track ur talking about. Yes if the track has a lot of straits where u can open up to 150, that is possible.
