Honestly, I'm not sure. I dont really follow anyone. A lot of the guys i compete against or have trained with etc are the guys on fb i follow and keep me motivated.

I don't mix speed days with near maximal or maximal lift days. They have their own specifically planned out day(s). I don't consider volume to be true volume unless it's done with the working sets...
