There should be a round temperature sensor for the heated washer bottle and I believe for the heated side mirrors. The sensor clips into the splash shield. I have ripped this sensor out twice now...

No, it does not have the "smokers package". The cigarette lighter plug will need to be swapped over from your old storage compartment. It should be a direct fit however.
