If it is same year, then just swap all the modules from donor car, like cluster, ews, body module. pedals, shifter, DSC, locks...etc. And then just wire in the clutch switch.

You get better time with selecting transmission into "DS" drive sport that with any kind of paddle shifting. These transmissions are unable to shift fast enough for rev match to work.

There is no stand alone ECU available for these cars. You won't be able to get any more horsepower out of these engines anyway in naturally aspirated state.
