My only concern would be how are you going to verify the struts/shocks only have 15-20k on them? Like mentioned if they have 40k+ not really worth your time. Maybe ask the seller if he has receipts...

I went from stock ZHP rims (18's) to ARC-8 (17's) squared and saved a lot of weight. The 17x9s are only 17.4 lbs and the tires were slightly cheaper. Looking back I think I would have went with 18x9...

I forget who OEM was but I replaced mine with those and they are quiet and seem to do fine for autocross. If you aren't interested in BBK I think OEM rotors will be fine for track days.
