I probably adjust the cable first. I will do it right now if I don't need to take off the rotor and caliper. If I had to take off everything, I prefer to replace a new shoe. 10 yrs old car!

unlike fixing cooling, replacing bumper is kind easy. Even you find a deal on bumper, you still have risk on the fitness. It might be not right fit as usual, depending on the damage.
