I need 1 (new) OEM rear rotor for my 03 330i
ECS tuning will only sell me the pair.
The stealer wants $179 for a single rotor, no way
Any ideas?

you're right, the production date is 10/05, should be labeled as 2005, but sold by the dealer as 2006, but yes it's an e46

low compresion is a ring, valve, or gasket. Not a fuel thing.
if it's the ring, replace the engine, otherwise, if it's the valve or gasket, you can replace these
