Blow it out with compressed air and I bet it stops overheating (unless the fan itself is broke).

My laptop would run at 101 degrees (F) running a certain program....

I just used high powered LEDs to fix my problem. I have some 1 Watt and a couple 3 Watt LEDs that draw enough current not to cause this problem :)

Brighter than the sun LEDs with no modifactions...

Camber really does not wear out the tires prematurely (unless it is excessive).

My bet is that the toe is off and a good alignment will fix your problem (after new tires of course).
