Today I plugged an air compressor into my cig. lighter and blew a fuse. I lost lighter and my normal headlights. (Highbeams still work)

I looked up the fuses and replaced the one for the lighter...

Skippy et al are correct...you put the nav DVD in the head unit - program your trip...then pull the DVD out and replace it with the one you want to play (dvd movie, etc).

You can't use the BMW...

I have never seen a 'brake pad warning light' come on...did they come on all e46's? Is it ok to drive your pads down 'til the light comes on?
