They are on Ebay all the time. Look for one that is 2004 or newer if you can find. You will need an adapter cable, but you can then add the OEM AUX input to it as well as sirius later if you want...

Yes I am looking at different antenna options for the roof. I am just curious who makes an antenna that is wired through the bottom. I remember BMW used to but I dont remember which one.

I have never seen them on a 3 series before.

Go with the newest OEM one if you cannot afford the Stewart (which is the best version).

The newest OEM version is a composite plastic which is way harder then the original plastic one and better...
