I stripped it using vice grips. I took it off...

I stripped it using vice grips. I took it off using a hammer and a chisel method... it was on too tight from last time replaced the intake CPS about 7 years ago.

Help stripped Vanos solinoid

Ok so I was trying to get to the Intake camshaft position sensor and stripped the Vanos Solenoid... I have a new solenoid just in case I mess this one up but i still need to take this one off... any...

That's pretty good... I checked my 325ci here at Sacramento dragstrip and it was 3225 pounds. Everything in it halve a tank of gas....

Need the whole thing from the first image, connect the exaust to the end of the tranny on the 5 speed.

On the second image need #11 its little bushing bolts.

on the third image need #9 it...
