Bbs ch 9,5x19 et 40. 25mm or 30mm spacer?

Want to fit on the rear of an M3 a pair of BBS CH 19x9,5 ET 40.

However I'm uncertain in what size of spacer could i ran.

Should i use a 25mm spacer bringing the ET to 15 or 30mm to a ET 10.

Plus the front will look more fluh than the rear.

I was offered a deal but it didn't came true of swaping my 320cd engine for a 330d 204bhp....
