FYI - As of today (6/2/16), I'm told by Tire Rack rep New Castle, DE allows for customer pickups. Must place oder online and pick it up.

Bremi issue was back several years back from what I've read. I think they ate back in good graced with BMW as they are OEM suppliers along with Bosch. I would not trust any other brand.
