Just make sure that if you are going back in with the factory rubber, pre load the bushings with the brackets. ... it doesn't matter if you go with polyurethane. A lift definitely makes this much...

I didn't have any issues doing my control arms, but I agree with getting the weight of the vehicle on the joint and then loosening it. They are tapered, so the weightof the car will help.
