Is this radiator hose genuine BMW?

This lower radiator hose was advertised as a genuine BMW, and I expected to see a bmw label on it, but there isn't one. Can you tell from the photos if it's genuine product?

Genuine BMW gaskets are not that expensive, maybe $20 more. For most people getting aftermarket VCG it's just not worth the risk of having to redo the job again in a few thousand miles.

I had to redo my Victor Reinz 10k miles later too. Get the OE from the dealer -- it works great and doesn't cost that much more. Also make sure to replace the grommets.

Yes, get the OEM VCG, you'll be much happier long term for not much more $$ upfront. Make sure you replace all 15 grommets that go under the VCG bolts to get proper seal.

Replace VCG (with the genuine BMW one!), including the leaking center pieces, and new grommets. Clean up the leaked oil from the spark plug wells, coils, spark plug boots.
