Yes. I bought a used UUC BBK a few years ago. the BBK comes with genuine/OE BMW M3 floating rotors. Can't tell the difference with the floating rotors but it just sounds cool:drool:

OP...your best bet is to find the wiring harness for your M52TU engine. Just be patient and look for it on ebay. I found my MS43 engine wiring harness for like $50-75.
