Yes. In that first pic, you can see 2, 8mm screws going through the bumper holding the liner. R remove those, and pull the liner down.

Make sure they also use an OEM, BMW, windshield molding,even if you have to pay for it.A lot of installers will use a generic molding, and they look like crap.I makes a huge difference.

Looks like the door was painted and the fender and door were not blended. Some colors are hard to get right. And yours is one of them. Some times the flake doesn't lay right this referred to as flop....
