I tested extensively with the ATT 4G USB modem and it will not work. I confirmed it wont work with any android device. Go for the mobile hotspot device or wifi hotspot on your phone.

Yes... I actually had some heavy fishing line so ran that between the badge and trim to help pull through that seal first, but yes. Gently pry up with a plastic trim tool is best.
