@ socal... It is not as tight as the OEM rad I replaced, but it sits just fine... The top bracket hangs well and I did not have to "fabricate" it like others have. The lower screws lines up well...

I wound up getting a Nessen that is working...

I wound up getting a Nessen that is working great. They make two different plugs that come with it for either manual or auto transmission. So for what it's worth I recommend it.

The "plug" is the entire piece that is now sealed. It can be unscrewed. There are two options for the Behr rads now. One for auto (which I have and leaks as I dont have the extra auto trans cooler)...

So I have had an increasing whine coming from what I can discern from the power steering pump/pulley. It is there at all times and gets louder with rpm's. Noticed that it goes away with any fluid...
