Does anyone know at what minimum break pad thickness the CPO Maintenance will cover?

Ok, so i got a new differential put in at the stealership. It was covered under CPO.

I have a feeling they put in a new differential off a regular 330ci, and not a ZHP 330ci.

Ok, so i noticed a small rock chip on my windshield.

chip is a bit bigger than pin head (as you can see) but there are 2 small legs on each side of the chip. each leg is about 3mm in length.
