I use the dorman regulators. Mine are from autozone, the lifetime warranty is great but I have replaced 3 or 4 under warranty in about 3 years. Still free but kind of a hassle.

It's a cross groove. You want to make sure that the inner race is properly indexed to the outer or the balls will bind in the track. When assembled the "fat" part of the inner race should line up...

I've replaced my Dorman regulator once already... Lifetime warranty is nice though. Lasted about 6 months. I can change one in about 30 minutes now. I had a URO in there for a month before it broke....

Ccv was done 2 years ago. This has been a brutal winter though. Vcg doesn't look like the issue.. Oil I think is coming from lower on the passenger side or from the passenger side front of the engine...
