I'd be careful how much toe you take out of the rear. IIRC without sufficient toe in you'll introduce oversteer because of the rear suspension changes during power down.

E46 M3's use the Getrag 420G, 6-speed. The flywheel would not work on your 5-speed, I believe. If you are getting it used, I would resell and then find a flywheel for a 5-speed instead.
