Spring fluids change

I plan on changing out all fluids and the car has been sitting all winter since November. Should I start it up to get things circulating and warmed up first or just change it all cold?

Yes, noticed today though when you shut the hood or hit a bump the the halos fall against the xenon housing. Pretty aggravating. Anyone have any ideas??

Just went and checked rim size on my car, Fronts= 17x7.5 and back = 17x8.5. tires =225/45 ZR17 on front, 245/40 ZR17 on back. Discount tire says 17x8 et20 rims will not work. Is that correct?
