I made it home from work when my alternator quit. That was about 15 miles and I drove in twilight without headlights. If the headlights had been on, I doubt I would have made it that far.

Swap the spark plug with another cylinder and see if anything changes.

You might as well backtrack the spark wire for that cylinder and verify it hasn't been damaged, cut, or melted.
