You could just install a 5K ohm NTC (negative temperature coefficient) thermistor in it's place for alot less money. I soldered some wires on a thermistor and epoxied it inside a ring terminal cobble...

I had the thumping sound on acceleration from a stop and it was the csb. The rubber had torn that holds the bearing to the csb mount. The driveshaft was free to flop around a bit.
