I'm not sure what you mean by the "female part" here. If you're talking about the metal panel that the inspection cover attaches to, no I don't have the part number.

Here's the part numbers for the necessary parts. They are in the Z4 section as mentioned previously. The two parts together cost $7.47 plus tax.
