Happened to my boot and roof. I went from Sydney to Perth to Darwin in a short period so figured it was the chanting conditions but BMW initially put it down to a crash (I've owned it since new)...

It shouldn't be a problem on a coupe. Before my car had the guards done I was running 19x10 +25 and it rubbed rarely. Don't know about the fronts though.

Buy them and get it rolled if needed,...

Centre consoles are LHD and RHD specific so don't do this! The best place is Ebay Aus or UK or a company that sells RHD compontents.

If not you can buy the rubber spray and bring it back to life.
