I have a lot of wheel repair experience and although that crack can be welded I would not chance it. I would get a replacement wheel. A welded wheel will most likely fail again over time.

2002 E46 M3 Front Convertible seats in good shape. The seats are powered. (note - the depressions in the seat are not permanent, they were from the door panels sitting on the seats)
