If the bolt broke near the head you can clamp it with vise grips and turn it out. If it's stuck in the oil pan then maybe an extractor.

If they don't light up then there's a chance for removal. Sometimes you can get different results with non-acetone versus regular polish remover.

Maybe also a dampened magic eraser.

Your car has clear front signals if it uses 7507 bulbs. 7506 go behind amber lenses. The reason they don't fit is because the bumps on the side are offset differently.
