Old umnitza hid setup, need replacement bulbs

I got an umnitza hid / angel eye setup years ago and the left bulb is finally giving up life.

What do I need to get as a replacement?

Car is an 02 325i (4dr facelift).

JMK replaced the main belt after replacing the alternator... and as you can see, my car decided it didn't want to keep the belt for whatever...
