It is normal for the car to gradually gain power over the first few hundred miles as the ECU adapts and blower breaks in. It should however have a major impact on performance even right of the bat....

No, our unit does not activate the flash counter. And even if you have ECU's that is maxed out we can easily reset them again. It is simply a software lock.

You can run meth with ESS S54 kits, we do not support it or sell it through us though. Normal production tune works great with meth. During testing we usually use 50/50 water/meth.
