Bad gas mileage (again)

A,most 3 years ago I spent several months working out bugs due to bad gas mileage. Mileage was 21
This was down from 26......when all was repaired, it went back to 25mpg

Miles were 110k

It has corroded the metal pretty good.

To get it back to normal.
Get rid of the rust with sand paper. Hard to say what grit as it depends on...

I think led set ups, upgragde the look of the cAr and make it look not so dated. It's gotten to the point where the car is dated but looks good enough that it doesn't matter that counts.
