pull the pieces on left and right of tag holder...

pull the pieces on left and right of tag holder away, just enough so you can pull tag piece out. then pop new piece in and l&r pieces push back down

i tinted the orange part with window tint very easy check with local shop.

if you ever need to return to stock tint is alot easier to remove.

looks like they just didnt take the time to do it right (rush job). a little heat & time to dry it will lay right down.
