Yes, your are screwed. Now air got into ABS pump unit, and your brake pedal will not be firm anymore no matter how many times you bleed the fluid.
You need to get GT1 if you want to do it yourself...

More viscous means higher viscosity which is "thicker" in layman's term.
This is right way to say: Mobil 1 0W-40 is "thinner or less viscous" at lower tepms than BMW 5W-30
