Turner sells a 8 and 10mm hub centric spacer, but only for the front.
10mm spacer is the thinnest you can go with a hubcentric spacer on the rear.

At least, that was the problem on the car of a friend. Just pushed back the protection plate a bit and the scraping was gone.

Bilstein shocks are pretty stiff compared to koni, eibach and other basic sport shocks. I really liked them on my Audi in combination with Eibach Pro kit springs though.
