Well he's retired now so I am indeed running around with his tool in my car. But I did order a Bluetooth from Amazon, waiting for it now.

Without going into too much detail of my own, they are definitely lacking in the customer service regarding repairs. It get's very frustrating. Hopefully the end result is worth it.
