Is the noise constant? Try looking for wires that are rubbing against the speaker wires. A friend of mine had the same problem with his rear speakers whenever he turned on the rear window heater.

Found it! Your vent tube is probably kinked or clogged. Therefor the air in the tank can not escape and you are not able to put anymore gas in the tank.
