I have that same problem. I changed my fluid to Redline D4 and it is much better feeling after that and less occurrences of the gear flop.

If the upper radiator hose was not changed, that can be it. Expansion tank as mentioned. Or could be as little as a cracked bleeder screw in the upper hose.

Chances are that it is most likely the regulatory and not the motor. If the regulator is broken, you have to rig the window to stay up, after you push it up.

Sure but the cost of the parts plus the labor (if not diy) to rebuild will certainly out weight the cost of having a reman axle or possibly a new GKN axle installed.

The rear sagging may be due to broken rear...

The rear sagging may be due to broken rear springs. Some negative camber, I believe is normal. The steering wheel shake can be wheels/rims out of balance. Could be front control arm bushings too.

I'm no tire expert, but from what I know... A 265 tire is extremely wide for an 8.5 rim. 225-245 would be more the norm. The offset of 15 maybe too aggressive. I know my stock rims are in the 40's.

When the car is off and cold, look at the coolant level then. Probably just need to top it off. Also check the whole cooling system for leaks.
