I see where you're going with this - performance coolant with a high boiling point might be a solution. If it doesn't expand at 93C as much as regular coolant does it should resolve the issue....

Hi guys. My 2000 323cic has been blowing expansion tanks for as long as I've had it. In the 3.5 years I've had the car I replaced the expansion tank twice and the radiator once. It never overheated....
