so after having tried to replace the fuel filter that didn't help much, so I moved on to the relay and after replacing the relay a problem seems to be fixed.

Well the reason i say cool weather is the issue starts around october and goes through feb. Happened last year but intermittent and this year its starting up again now that its no longer blazing hot....

Spark plugs replaced. Fuel filter has not been so i am suspect that is the problem. It doesn't take more cranking per say, it just literally won't start if the pump hasn't pressurized properly. I can...
