Get a Mayle HD if you can find. Cheap mounts are never a good idea as they take a lot of beating. M3 mount can fit as well and it is better constructed. I have not tried on sedans but on 330Ci M3...

For rear make sure you check the diff rear mount if this is happening when accelerating or decelerating, but if that is not the case then you are looking at the subframe...mostly left side.

Magnaflow will meet the emissions but on an NA engine I am not sure if you will gain considerable HP. People have reported only 3-5HP gain on NA with Magnaflow headers.

As far as I know Sedan or coupe are the same on rear bumper for all non-M3. Only the front bumper differs.

There is the original M Bumper from BMW that should bolt to any non-M3 and the diffuser...
