Brake Pads were sold. Both rear rotors are still available. Rotors are currently selling for $81 a corner on GetBMWparts.com. Looking for $100 for both.

FS: OEM Rear Rotors and Brake pads for E46 325ci.

The rotors and pads are brand new. I didn't need them, so I never installed them(of course).
I paid $154 for rotors 34-21-1-165-563, and $69 for the pads 34-21-6-778-168, plus tax.

I bought these at a local BMW dealer and upon inspecting the set that was already installed on my car, I found I did not need to replace rotors/pads in the rear.

Asking $235 shipped....
