They have changed the hand brake shoes for now FOC. But as expected, i am still very fcuked off!

They stated its rarre but it happens, but couldn't explain the burning marks on the pasenger side....

I wanted new disks and pads along with handbrake shoes as a result. they are offering free labour on replacing the shoes...

I always foam my car before the 2BM. It removed 80% of the dirt usually and greatly reduces the chance of inflicting swirl marks and such.
