Yep, all fixed! Short answer is the plug...

Yep, all fixed!

Short answer is the plug blew out of the head while still connected to the coil, so when the cylinder went to fire it was basically pushing the plug/coil against the engine cover...

First off, thanks for everyone's input on this.

Second, the car is fixed, it runs like before. I bought the helicoil spark plug repair kit for $30 at advance auto parts...
