Get them from your local dealer. The list price is 0.36 for each side so you're looking at 0.72 for both parts. It's not worth ordering online because it's so cheap.

I took the wheel off and found the lower portion...

I took the wheel off and found the lower portion of the shock covered in oil. I'm pretty sure it's the shock. I've never seen one bleed out like that before but there should be enough oil in there...
