The sleeves are good to be reused. Its just the mismatched springs, dampers, anti-roll bars etc. With the heavier springs you'll need for the reduced travel don't worry about the Sachs dampers...

Whats telling you the pressure is high?
If it helps the pressure sensor should read about 0.5V at 0 bar and 3.5V at 80 bar.
