I did 30000 and 60000 inspections, changed brakes...

I did 30000 and 60000 inspections, changed brakes and rotors at ~70000, checked the front bushings and made sure everything is in good shape.

I will replace the ring anf top off the oil, and go from there. Why is manual saying that you need to contact BMW dealer to top off the ATF fluid?
