it turned out to be a massive tear in the MAF boot. alternator was charging the battery at 14.0-13.9 volts
i will still change the alternator since its been over 14 years

I just put on my summers and the steering wheel shakes like a b**ch only above 80km/hr and at 120km/hr the shake reduces. When i brake, the steering wheel doesnt shake.
