I drilled them out, all of them. The proper removal tools do help though. Drill near the edges, but don't hit the carriers. Make sense?

An R and R is easy. ECS sells the boot kit and in the extreme case that you need them, the ball bearings for .40 cents a piece.

Remove the CV, tear it down, clean everything...
